Any thoughts of how to attach radios, etc, etc, to the rollcage/roof? I can make a strip and bolt/screw it to the bars but I asking just in case anyone has a slick way of mounting stuff like that. Obviously with the rollcage being powdercoated in green, I don’t want to weld a bracket on it like I normally would.

Here’s a few pics of what it looks like. I got my radio in from Chris in Alaska but I still need to mount my stereo too.

Thanks,

Mark, is there only one tube running through the top section.....other than the 2 outside tubes? I used a section of flat stock...3/8 which goes on the bottom of the "X" bracing in the top of my cage. It is held up to the bottom of the "X" brace with 2 "Conduit" holding clamps....I'll see if I can find you a pic of what I'm talking about.

If either of you two would post pics, that would be great. Both of your ideas was along the lines of what I was thinking.... (some sort of clamp that I could attach bar flat to)

Thanks,

Mark

1 1/2 conduit clamps available at Lowes work great. I love that cage, who built it?

Very much so... that’s what I was thinking but with different clamps. I like your clamps better.... I’ll buy some, get them powdercoated to match and use that design.

Thanks,

Mark

Skidmarx is just a couple miles from me and I have seen their work in person, they do an excellent job!
