| Got to replace the front/left axle boot on my 2011 rzr-s and was wondering what was the easiest way to do it and what tools will i need? | |

| Its not that big of a deal to change. Remove the axle from you rzr and cut the metal bands off the boot you are replacing, roll the old boot away the cv joint. you will see the carrier after doing this. Take a small hammer and hit the cv close to the axle (not to hard) it should come lose from the axle with no problem. Slide the old boot of and replace with new boot repack cv with grease and slide cv back on the axle. Use a block of wood when putting the cv back on the axle you will need to drive the cv back on to lock it in place. (becarefull not to mess the splines up on the axel) You will need a set of endnipers or tile nipers to close the new bands. You can also buy cv band tool at napa or advance auto. | |
