I really like the pro armor doors but damn they are expensive. Anybody know where the best deals are on them or a cheaper alternative that is a good quality product?

i have utv inc doors. the "other" forum said they was the best and no rattles or noise. i have adjusted them 100 times i guess and cant get out the noise completly. is there any door that makes absolutley no noise? mine only rattle now over very rocky conditions but i still hate it. it drives me crazy. i heard the pro armors are very noisey. i have been looking at the top dog and really interested in the prp doors. i like how they dont have the crack between frame and panels like mine and pro aromor.

After I clean the RZR, I spray silcone on the latch completely, and the hinges, let it dry and mine doesn't rattle. If I forget to do that, it will rattle. These doors do come off of the hinge just by lifting them.

Ordered my door last Monday, recieved them Wednesday, put them on Wednesday and Thursday night. Had a little trouble with the installation. Trevis promptly answered my emails with the correct fix for the problem. Thanks Trevis. Ran them for the first time Saturday and I love their functionality and their looks. They rattled quite a bit, but I think I have that fixed now. I went to auto zone and bought the thickest weather stripping they had and put it between the bottom bracket and the bottom door tubing. I ran it around a little bit afterwards and they were silent. I am really happy with the doors overall and the service I recieved with them.

That is good to hear. I think most everyone that has bought from him has been happy. I know I have!

Pro Armor doors, a trick to stopping the rattle: Glue a piece of 1/16 rubber appox 1"x3" to the lower bracket where the door frame contacts it so it adds slight preload.
