While looking around all over at tars, I saw fer sale a bunch of 8" wheels with a 2+6 offset. Supposed 'wide stance' kits to help with rollovers. That seems a little extreme to me.
Anyone ever use really wide wheels or crazy offsets? Seems it could possible be ok for the duners, but not trail riding.

Those are sport quad wheels. They are deep dish and provide for a wide offset for Stability.

I think Bruiser makes a 8" wide wheel for the rear of vehicles. They are sold in sets with 7" fronts and 8" wide rears. A 2+6 offset would be for a utility quad with a straight rear axle. That is what the 2+5 offset 7" is designed for. Of course Rhino owners use them for wider track on the machines. A 2+6 would get you out there. Probably about 61 inches.

Never seen anything wider, but you could always add spacers for a wider offset.

I have the ss112's in 7" with a 2+5 and had to add spacers/adapters. Work great for stability but can be a little too wide on some tight trails. wouldn't reccomend without power steering. Running pitbull rockers 11" wide on all four corners.
