A friend of mines wife was at the court house having some paper work done,
about some permit for work they were doing on there house. The lady was trying
to over charge her for something , She got pissed off and Told the lady at the desk,
That this place was a rip off , and someone should burn this damn place
down....
. She was just mad of course. But the next morning the
Sheriff came knocking on there door and wanted to question her , She said she was not serious , she was just mad. Sheriff said you can't just say things like that.
And that she could go to jail for just saying that. Well they did not take her to jail.
But they scared the shit out of her....
So be careful what you say in public , specially at the court house...
This is a true story , I remember when it happened.
