I guess your talking about the Rhino here. It may be your fuel pump. the diaphrams are known to weaken over time. Try a replacement pump kit from Weller Racing.

I dont see how the filter could be your problem. Try a fuel pump for a lawn mower or golf car. I used one from a Yamaha golf car and never had a problem.

Check the fuel tank. They had problems with silicone seal. There maybe a piece in the tank. I had to take mine out and clean it real good. And check the hoses going to the pump also. I also had one with a small hole in it.

Oh heck, I wrote out a long detailed post about my issues and how to solve them but the server timed out. In a nutshell, either replace the pump again and quit using gasoline that contains ethanol or get an electric pump from Black Rhino and couple it with a Mr. Gasket fuel pressure regulator from Auto Zone.

I went through 3 in 2 months.... I didnt go electric but the high flow from weller racing and that fixed it. Either do that or go electric both are good kits and will fix you up.

I would bet it isn't you pump but vapor locking, here's how to fix it a lot cheaper.
I have a 06 5,000 miles, never any fuel pump problems. Has had vapor locking problems which a lot of people mistake for the fuel pump. Easy fix & the best mod u can do is to buy a mr gasket micro fuel pump (get em at about any auto parts place) mount it on the wall behind the drivers seat & plum it into your fuel line. Mount a momentary toggle on your dash to run it. Any time it vapor locks just flick the switch for a few secs & your wheels will never stop rolling. I like the momentary toggle that way you can't accidentally leave it on. If you run it all the time even with a regulator it's to much pressure, It will unseat the needle valve & cause gas to get in you oil. It has been my favorite mod I have done.
