Did something I haven't done for 14 years!

BOUGHT A NEW TRUCK! So far I'm really loving it. I've always been a Chevy guy, until  my last truck. A Dodge. And I didn't buy it because it was a Dodge, I bought it because it had the Cummins engine in it. Turned out to be a good choice I think. 14 years of service and 200,000 miles. And was really nothing wrong with it when I traded it off except rust. And I didn't see it being a good plan to put 2 or 3 grand in body work on a 14 year old truck. We wanted a 4 door crew cab because of being Grand Parents now. We looked at 15 new Chevy's and GMC's and were heart broke! Without fail, every one of them was made in Mexico with American taxpayer money. I will not be a part of that. Call me what you will, that's just me I guess. Dodge isn't even an American owned company any more, being bought out by Fiat of Italy! So that left only Ford. And all those years I played the Ford/Chevy game with my brother in law, now I'm a Ford owner! Damn, that's still a little hard to say! GRINNNN...I guess only time will tell if it is the right choice but it's looking good for now. Wish me luck!

Nice truck... I've owned Ford, Chevy and Dodge trucks, and now drive a Nissan Frontier...

After I got married and went back to college 40 years ago, trading my Corvette for a 36HP VW Bug, I learned that the vehicle I drove didn't NECESSARILY reflect my IQ nor my penis size....

  

And if I see that right...it's a ecoboost!! You will very happy indeed...I retired my F-150 this year for a F-350 but that F-150 pulled my 12k lb trailer like a champ all the way to Utah and back running 80+....it's a boss.....congratulations

Congrats and good choice..... I just traded my assembled in Mexico dodge in for a ford crewcab last week and could not be happier. Wanted something made in USA....

My son still drives my 2001 Ford F-150, same style as your new one, pushing 300,000 miles, and I have 80,000 miles already on my 2010 same style F-150. Good trucks.
