In Phoenix that would cause a all day traffic jam involving Only two cars!!
They seem to have a problem with "merge" out here...all 4 lanes stop at each intersection then race to the next one....they don't really want to drive fast they just want to be in front of YOU!! Then they can slow back down to well below the speed limit..and so will the cars on each side of you.
Had one following me right on my ass....two clear lanes beside me for as far as the eye can see..so I stopped.....they did too and sat there like a dumb ass until I took off again...lol just plain stupid I'm tellin ya! Dumb ass never did pass me and I was driving 15 mph for miles...lol

You had a Coyote following trying to blend in.

I had several "ride my ass, then pass then slow down below the speed limit that I was doing" pass me today too. I think it is the full moon dumbasses.
