I am planning on doing a weekend trip to Harlan Co in the about a month and was wondering which campground everyone stays at? I have parked at the one in Putney before but have never camped there. I have a 5th wheel that I will be staying in so I would like to have full hookups.

I thought it was the South Campground behind the Dairy Hut. I do have memory issues though. Call the city to reserve and ask which one is behind the Dairy Hut. If we go, that is where we stay. If you have 30 amp on your trailer, you will need a 50 amp adaptor, at least on the outside back in sites. They only have 50 amp.

I've stayed at both. I like the Putney side better.
