My radio is receiving but will not transmit. The TX icon lights up on the display, but nothing.

Most likely the mike or mike cord to be exact.

Brian got me fixed. It was the handhelds. They were on some kinda rejection thingy. Thanks Brian!!!!

Some of the handhelds will be in between channels...... 5.7 or 5.8

It's called IEC Interference Eliminator Codes, which apparently most handhelds have these days. I had no clue. The old ones I had you just selected the channel and boom. Not anymore. You have to set the IEC to Zero for them to receive TX from the bosses-unit....Learn something new everyday.
