| Does the state really think that there won't be nepotism even with a bidding process? Hell, everyone in those little towns is related somehow. When there's only one garage and only one catering business in town how do they expect to get more than one bid? | |

| getting state money and no audit for 18 years what do you think you get, but it didn't sound like any wrong doing just dealing with family, really no harm, as said above how much is there to go around | |
