full skid plates

i need some ideas or help with some full skids and boot protectors.i want the full skids!! i have a friend that runs machine shop and we need a set of patterns.he said we should be able to manufacture them alot cheaper than the r sold for.so everybody might be able to benifit from this.any body seen and patterns any where or no anybody fixing to buy some?and who all is interested in buying some at a good price?

I made my rear ones(cv boot guards), was going to make some for the front .......but my foot got in the way as soon as it heals i'll get back to it. I will post some pic of the rear if you want. Took me about an hour. the first set is a trial set to see if they would work out made two rides with them. Going to make a second set but with diamond plate aluminum

id buy em ive made my stock rear plate and makin my stock front tomorrow at work :)

Mine is completely covered except for the center. Yamaha has the best skid but have nothing for the center section.I need them in a bad way. Go to Georgia4x4.org , look at the tellico rides.

well if i had to make them i would buy some.but if i had a pattern or a set to copy my bud has a laser cutting machine and all the equipment to bent anything how ever it needs to be.this is what they do for a living :D
