What do you have

for a quick opening small gun vault/safe for dresser or night stand.  Our grandson is nearing 3 years old.  It is time to stop hiding the pistols since he is busy all the time now.  I do not want to use the trigger locks as that would be an issue if someone is already in the house or our room.  I am looking at several out there and noticed that Sentry Safe has the biometric for finger swipe, a digital key pad and a key locking system.  Others have 1 or 2 of those options.

Let me know what any of you might have.

I have two types one opens with a combination (3 numbers) the other is a four code that you punch with your four fingers layed on top of the safe. I think the biometric has come a long way and is the way to go.
