Feeling Crappy Empty
PostSubject: Re: Feeling Crappy   Feeling Crappy EmptyFri Mar 27, 2009 10:05 pm

I never feel good, there are some days that are better than others, but otherwise I just don’t feel healthy. I have a lot of spine problems & new problems emerge every time I have an X-ray or MRI done. When they tell me the news I don’t even think about it….I just kind of have an “Oh Well” attitude…..nothing I can do about it. I am only 30 years old, & feel much older. I want to feel great again, but don’t know how, I am just bummed about my health & do worry about it. I have also lost 13 lbs, hoping that may help me feel better, but nada. I plan to loose about 15-20 lbs more... I have rapid deteriorating disc disease, herniated disc, arthritis, & also found out the other day that because of my messed up spine that I now developed scoliosis….& a year or so ago the neurosurgeon told me at the rate my back is going that I would need a 2nd surgery in the next few years. “Yay”……sorry had to unload.......lol. :D
