| Little disapointed that the 850 didn't show up. The white S looks good though. | |

| New Products, More Power and ROPS Certified Cabs Model Year 2010 brings more significant changes to Polaris’ RANGER line up with the introduction of two new utility RANGER Side-by-Sides, increased power to existing models, more redesigns, a RANGER XP with power steering and a faster top speed for RANGER RZR. All 2010 RANGERs and RANGER RZRs also come standard with a ROPS Certified Cab. “With the introduction of two new products, more power for the utility line, the redesigned RANGER CREW and 6×6, and a new top speed for RANGER RZR, the 2010 line up picks up where the 2009 line up left off,” said Matt Homan, vice president and general manager of Polaris’ Off-Road division. “We continue to innovate our RANGER line to offer the most extensive Side-by-Side offering in the industry.” New for 2010, Polaris is introducing the value-priced, Midsize RANGER 400 and the company’s first electric vehicle, RANGER EV. Both of these units share the same, smaller, two-seat chassis, that fits in the back of a pickup truck, with many of the hardest working, smoothest riding features of their full-sized counterparts: On-Demand True All-Wheel Drive with VersaTrac, Independent Rear Suspension, heavy duty front end protection, high ground clearance and the longest suspension travel in their class. | Well at least it seems like Polaris listens to its consumers. I have heard a lot of gripes about the lack of a parking brake and here they come out with one. When will Yamaha and Suzuki start listening to consumers and get with the program?? Everyone has been screaming for a twin from Yamaha for at least the last two years and they keep putting out the same stuff. Suzuki won't even make a SxS.......boy....they are missing out on the market right now for sure. | |

Hopefully a 550fi to compete with that new Ranger 400, and the rumored 900fi in addition to the 4-seater, power-steering, etc.

| Still waiting on the red-team.............(blue last years) I personally think there is a shocker waiting in the wings from Yamaha,. If you get caught on the property with a camera of any kind in at the Rhino build-site near Newnan, you will be terminated on the spot...........Why would that be???? | |

| Pate, I would love to see a twin cylinder in the Rhino frame. I would probably sell mine and get one. I love the Rhino, but it is underpowered out of the box. I understand there is power to be tapped into after riding yours and Tim Moore's, but there is quite a bit that goes into getting that power squeezed out of it. A twin would be powerful enough to offset the accessories that myself and a lot of other Rhino owners throw on there. I like em all. It would tickle me pink to see Yammy come out with something to bring them back into the ring with a chance to trade punches. | |

Oh no doubt bro. But think about this, which I have ,after doing this kind of stuff for almost 30- plus years. Show me the hill a "S" can get up that a Rhino can't?? I have not seen one. Granted a "S" might go up it with a little more speed, but so??????? As long as it gets there, what's the point?? I really never thought, me ,a former professional m/x, s/x, and cross-county rider would ever get tierd of the "latest and greatist", "fastest and most expensive" stuff, but I am.... It's pointless in the real-world of off-roading. Especially in the utv market. If Yamaha don't step-up, by Dec. You will see me in a Ranger XP800, blue, and loaded-down...........Creep and Crawl, Creep and Crawl............

You will see me in a Ranger XP800, blue, and loaded-down...........Creep and Crawl, Creep and Crawl............ Well pate i couldnt have said it any better, but i tried I have rode on motorcycles and atvs since i was 8 years old, alot of those were in the cumberland mountains in morgan county. I started out on Hondas, trail 50, mr 175, Kawasucki kdx 250, 2- Honda 300 fourtrax, polaris 330 ,yamaha rhino. In my opinion Hondas are the greatest motors, the bodies (now) need alot of improvement, Polaris, awesome ride, a true cadilac in the woods as far as comfort. Kawasaki, top ten in worst mistakes i have mad, Yamaha, the best of honda and polaris combined, when i bought mine. Now polaris has improved their reliability, honda still has a motor, yamaha has the best of both for 2005. It is crucial to me that Yamaha comes out swinging, and i hope will all my fingers and toes crossed that they do. Otherwise yamaha will be left behind like Honda has been, reveling in their glory days. My deadline on decision making is going to be sept at YAMAHAS big event at the cumberland mountains. Probably have to show up on the 300 tho, the rhino is getting a lot of nibbles off craigslist
