1-inch bro. Hardware, in the cool blue drawers. I hate them too. I'm gonna leave the lowest-bed ones open for easy rinseing-out but the rest are covered!!! Just a small dab of silly-cone on the perimeter for extra-hold....

Low-Budget mod. I found the coolest sealed-beam,glass, 12v, 30w Halogen landscape lightbulbs. 1-inch dia. I had already drilled extra cooling holes in my hood, they do work, my fan comes on way less now.

Now with adding replacement HIDS, you have no low-lighting so I am going to add these for close trail-riding at night, pulling into the parking-lot and not blinding everyone for three miles, ahem Chris, ect. They are flush-mount and look factory.!! Reverse-lights to come.......

Nah, If a stick rings the hole............It deserved to be there. The chances of a "wayward" stick ringing one of those holes...... ,are in my mind, 10,000 to 1. I'm anal Gunny, but not THAT anal.....I'm more worried about a "wayward" stick punching a hole in the gastank.............

ok, but my luck it would get stabbed in the first 5 min. It happened on my arctic cat and a new soft top i bought, ripped it up first ride.

Got my low-budget reverse lights done. 1-1/2 pvc coupling with the 35w halogen landscape sealed-beams inserted. Bright!!!!
