| Wise move! I was at the Polaris shop yesterday picking up a new RZR and the first 2010 S model they sold returned with 3 broken springs and the other new one on the lot with 0 miles had a broken rear spring. | |

| Probably just a fluke, mine are fine. the springs are no different than the 09's except for the color so its not like it was something new and untested | |

| the dealer had reported it to Polaris and they took the serial numbers from those units and comparing them to other reports of spring breakage so they can determine if it is with a certain group that may have received some poor quality steel during the production process, or if it may be something to do with the powdercoating process. Polaris is going to replace the springs. | |

| After a little research i found out that late 09's and all 10's got a different spring, it has less coils than the older s springs. mine was built on july 20. | |
