Hey andy, i got your first question! A guy on another forum has one of your lift kits and posted this problem. Can you help figure out what he did wrong, looks like he used the wrong spacers. The shock bushings are pulling out of his shocks on both sides.

This might have been the guy I already emailed. If so, this would be the first time we've even seen this. It isn't anything people are doing wrong but a bit more of a factory tolerance issue I think. The fix is to just add some kind of washer stack-up inside the plates to the bushing shoulder. Just something to stop the shock bushing from backing out. We don't really have anything here for it yet but we could work on a final solution. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I plan to be spending some more time on here from now on so hopefully I can be of help to everyone...

I am not sure if it was you I spoke with yesterday about my front lift on the RZR S, but I do believe you guys are running a class act. Customer service was outstanding!! I look forward to getting that new updated front lift on as soon as it gets here to FT Campbell!

AND........WELCOME ABOARD!! This is a great forum!

We've been pretty heavy in the RZR's lately for the most part but we have Rhino cages, bumpers and long travel kits and we're currently working on a full product line for the Mini RZR, Ranger XP and Teryx as well. We'll also be getting our hands on the Can-Am if it ever comes out too.

Thanks! You must be Chris, I literally JUST printed your shipping label. Your part is shipping today...

I think you spoke w/ Jon here yesterday. He's the primary sales person here now as I am moving back into full time engineering. He will be able to answer most any question people will have. For the super technical stuff I'm usually available, just slightly detained :)...
