Okay, I got tired of all the mud so I fabbed up some rear mudflaps. What do you guys think? If you don't like them, no big deal. I think they will serve the purpose for what I wanted. I got a sheet of 24x48" high impact ABS plastic from McMaster-Carr. I made my pattern from cardboard, then went to town.

Used some emblem adhesive to help hold them together and hopefully keep mud from getting trapped in there.

I don't have a brake, so I had to use a board and c-clamps, but it came out about right.

The plastic material was 23.00 for the sheet. I had about another 10-12 in bolts and stuff.

A couple of pics of the pre-runner bumper painted silver to match my doors.

Yeah too big and ugly. Also, it is an add-on. I want an S type flair just wider.

They look good and will do a great job. Mine are similar. I copied off of Chris C. & Gunny. I got flaps at Pep Boys. Last couple of times I rode in the mud we hardly got any on the rear window. I don't have pics of the front to show.

Indeed I do.

One sheet will make both sides if you cut it right down the middle.

Well, to be honest, I am not 100% sure how well these will hold up. I guess I will find out. As with most things, it is a trial and error process. I am with you though, I hate all the mud. The doors helped, but did not cut down on as much as I would have liked. The vast majority of your mud comes up from the rear wheels and over, as you well know. I also bought one of those Lock-N-Ride bed covers to keep the crap from piling up in the bed. I spend hours cleaning mine and still have crap in my bed when I am done. The RZR is a great machine but a major PITA to clean.

The mud throwing in the bed is a direct effect of Bighorn tires, they are like shovels when they clean out. This was another reason i dont run them anymore. My xtrs dont throw mud in the bed, it leaves the tire at a lower angle.
