| To change a rzr belt: tool list. 5/8 socket w/ratchet, 5/8 wrench, 3/8'' socket with 6'' extension and flat head screw driver & #25 torx screwdriver. Remove seats and motor cover, remove 2, torx screws on console, remove two 5/8 bolts holding seat mounting bar, remove the 3/8 screws holding on the cover and the top clamp on the cooling inlet. Remove cover. Take the 6'' extension and put it in one of the slots where the rollers are on the secondary clutch and push inward, this will spread the sheaves and then you can remove the old belt and install a new one. Always check for bits and pieces of the old belt and always put the new belt on with the numbers facing forward. This takes about 30 min from start to finish. | |
