Last weekend at VA Beach

A few photos from yesterday. Gonna be just a tiny bit sad that I will not see the beach again for quite awhile, but I think the move to KY (and closer to home and all my favorite riding spots) will help ease the pain.

It is nice to sit by the water and enjoy a beer. Marlee has enjoyed every day we have gone. I really wanted to her to enjoy the ocean because I don't know when we will go again. Typically I try to use my "vacation" days to go home for Thanksgiving and deer season. I don't think I will be doing that this year because Melissa will be too close to her delivery date. Next year when I get my R&R leave from Afghanistan, the month will dictate where we go and what we do. With me leaving 2-3 weeks after the arrival of the new little guy, I most likely will just want to come home and spend time with family without the hassle of a big trip.

spent the summer at willoughby spit back in the 70's daze. LOTS of good times spent at the beach that summer,, i think
