I'll have to say I'm impressed by first impressions.....What's that by the drivers-side shock?? Oil cooler??? Dualspring-rate shock-springs, way better than the cheap Podiums....
May be more of a sand-buggy tho. Only time will tell.

Its a wicked looking ride but so far im very happy with the new ride. I will be happy to see a few of these at Brimstone and Windrock. They look to be very capable but we will see soon.

Word was it had dual exhaust. Don't look like it. Rear suspension looks real beefy. Air intakes in the bed i guess are for the CVT and motor intake. Real cool!
Looks like a nightmare for clean up though?

Looks like it could be an awesome sand machine. Lots of travel and lots of power and speed...
But, how are you going to "armor it" and protect the axles and CV joints?
Not a lot of framework there to mount things on -- which means you'd have to put both framework and armor plating on it...
I can't see this thing fairing too well in the rocks without some pretty significant work... though the high clearance wiill certainly help.

Looks like it will be disposable after any kind of significant rollover also, the way that cage and frame are designed.

2 things I've noticed.... the long wheelbase, it looks longer than any current 2 seat SxS and 2nd, the rear engine placement/ design, I had heard rumors that Polaris had that rear/behind the seat design patented, but obviously that isn't true or AC would not have thrown millions into this design and not be able to produce it. For sure a sand/desert machine by design. time will tell if it can be modified to work here in the east coast woods environment.

Polaris patent is for a rear engine SidexSide machine with a 50" width. 64" Wildcat does not come close to that design. The Polaris patent only protects the design from another company that wants to manufacture a machine to fit on the 50" regulated trails. Which pretty much restricts any company from manufacturing a long travel machine and keeping it 60" wide and narrower.

Check out the Gas tank under the bed, and the Gas Filler at the top corner of the bed on the passenger side. Got to be heavily weighted towards the rear on weight distribution. Also alot of Insulation around that Exhaust can to protect that Gas Tank.
