I also heard that new 120hp motor would be twin turbo but I dont buy that.
Time will tell. I think 120 hp is going to be the new power in the next few years. That XP may become underpowered.
Question is.....who needs all that power?
"To much horse power is just about enough" Well my 800 on my RZR does great! My Commander X has so much power it is burning the rear tires off. It always burns out if you give it any gas. Its hard to use all that power on the trail but it is nice to have it going up a hill or drag racing on the flat top.

| too much is never enough!!..... well not really haha. I will admit the commander has got too much power for its own good. Yet im still adding more go fast junk on it.... I see where corey is coming from, hes a builder thats his thing! I know some guys that enjoy buildin their rig up in the shop as much as if not more than ridin it! It may not be the most logical or cheapest route but if he wants to build a 1K rex, just to keep up with me, then alright!! haha just messing with ya lil buddy! | |

| You dont need a 1000 Rex.. I ride with a XP and Commander and they just shake there head. It is fun building your bike up. Merlin & I will line up against anybody and I am sure there is a commander or XP built up out there that will out run us but we havent run into them yet. Muddy I know that you love your commander and the reason why you made it into what it is.. Kinda like your hot-rod or muscle car.. It is hard to get that feeling when you just buy one stock and know that anybody out there can buy one and be the exact same as you.. It helps when your ride has character.. | |

R, yes I did drive Mr.P's S on our ride.....It handled awesome, the Smoothride shocks worked in a way that they were always in contact with the ground...The faster I drove it, the more I was impressed, I was even more impressed with Mr.P behind the wheel!!!! B
And Dodd I don't really understand what your getting at...... Your not going to get the Rex to handle as good as a S. I got to disagree on that. It will cost you though. A set of Elka's and long travel. Dragonfire racing has said it along with many others. A built Teryx is still the best in all areas of sidexsides. You can buy a good used stock rex for $7500 and put about $5500 in it having $13000 and mop the floor up with anything else out there. Oh and you can go on a ride out of town and not worry about breaking something. Something not to many RZR and Can-am owners can say out there.. Dont let them sway you Yank!

Now you are talking about a pretty wide machine. No doubt the rex is a great machine with a damn fine engine but Long travel or not she is not going to be as nimble as a RZRS. However, the rex is probably more nimble then a RZR XP. I have drove them all and they are all different machines. I like the RZRS because it reminds me of a spider monkey on a mountain.

| I like my little nimble spider monkey. She might not be the fastest but the tires come off the ground when I smack her in the ass, and she climbs most anything I tell her to climb. Thank you WV Rider for building my play toy. | |

| Big R I agree 100% the RZRS is the best out of the box machine you can buy. Spider monkey is the best analogy I have seen. I have a friend that bought into the XP histeria and he owned a RZRS and bought a XP. He end up selling the XP because he said his S is way more fun to drive. I am not a polaris hater or canam hater. I am just saying dont sell the Rex short it is a GREAT machine that needs a few tweaks. But I dont want to come off the wrong way.Because the S is one of my favorite stock machines out there. | |

Why not..... I am... Really, I have never been a big Polaris fan. However, it is unreal how well it climbs. I wish Kawasaki would take make a little sport buggy....
