| Brimstone was probably on track to have a great business year....until they did this.....my estimate will be half of last year. | |

Oh they were doing great, the announced in early January that 2012 had been a record year for attendance and they expect 2013 to be even better, the guy who came up with this rule change has defiantly ended that prediction and probily not just for 2013 but way beyond.

- Hey guys,
Trails End is in no way trying to do any harm to Brimstone. We are not trying to steer people away. Wouldnt be very smart of us to do that since Brimstone is the trail system. Trails End is however doing our own reservations and check ins now and we have some plans of our own in the future. We believe that anything we do here could only benefit Brimstone as well as Trails End. The goal is to bring people in to see what a beautiful place and awesome riding we have so if we add a few perks to that it could only help us as well as Brimstone and give you guys even more to enjoy. Trails End has TWRA permits available for sale and TWRA just adds to the enjoyment with the trails they provide. So to set the record straight... There is no Trails End vs. Brimstone situation from our stand point. We hope that everyone enjoys Brimstone and continues to visit us at Trails End.
Sounds like Trails End campground cleared this up a year and a half ago. Would be nice if Brimstone handled this in a professional manner also. that has nothing to do with what has happened now. if everyone would be patient when brimstone can put out a statement they will and are and will clear everything up of why it had to happen this way. Kerry, I would guess this situation was the beginning of the end between Brimstone and Trails End. Until this point it time (over two years ago) there was never any talk of riding anything other then Brimstone. So in my opinion Brimstone would have to come out with something dating before this thread. Unless I am wrong they can not. Just saying.

| when we rode brimstone we had a great time! we stayed around the trailsend part of it. and talked to the people running the little store there. they were VERY FRIENDLY AND NICE!! they even went to rescue a guy and two girls all about high school age, and it was getting dark and they were back there a ways, but they never complained and went to get them. they just run a good business. i will be back to trailsend for sure | |

| Mudcon has ran away like he did when he posted on face book and 67 people blasted him, Brimestone has ruined a great resource they had, trailsend was the reason many choose to come there over windrock. And all that good customer relations didnt cost them a penny. Damn foolish move, if brimestone is a co-op owned or investor backed business id fire the idiot that came up with the new rules. | |

I know we made a dent, but is Trails End seeing a real increase in the number of reservations over last year? And is Brimstone reeling from the impact we made? Is the fact that they are discounting passes for Winterfest evidence enough of that? I too am waiting on Brimstone to make a public statement, however I'm not holding my breath. I think Mark is going to stick to his guns and let this play out in court. Our justice system is slower than molasses but I'd really like to know what the Attorney General is thinking. Maybe Highlander can answer this, are you seeing any fewer trucks in the parking areas in the last few weeks?

| Well my guess is they have atleast pissed off a lot of the locals. This entire club is up in arms about it. There have been several posts on RZR forums from people saying f that place. I can honestly say I've probably sent at least 10 different people there over the past couple years that had never heard of it. I'm sure plenty on here have done the same.. Now I'll be turning people away. Will that put brimstone in the poor house? Probably not. You loose your wallet you still have money in the bank.. Doesn't mean loosing your wallet doesn't suck ass.. | |

| I am guessing Mark is in this for the long haul. We need to keep the pressure on. Please fill out the petition to the land owner.
Also, Brimstone is claiming that they are clearing out the TN wild life management land so their rides can enjoy more trails. This is for sure bull shit because I know for a fact it is Heith and Steve (the owner of Trails End) that is doing all the work........
Man the more I know the more I get pissed.

| Subject: brimstones reply to my email Today at 10:44 am hey guys this is a reply we got back from bullshitstone. after i replied back to their mass email about the white knuckle event. their reply came back two weeks after i replied to them. it most likely took them that long to reply back to all the negative feedback they are getting from across the country from them being greedy fu@kers, and they are still trying to put the blame someplace else. these people really amaze me at their level of Greed, Arrogance, and just plain hatefulness. i wonder how many people actullay fall for their act of trying to make it look like they are not the reason this is going on, I WOULD BE WILLING TO BET NOT VERY MANY!!!! the email is posted in its entirety.. snakes come in many shapes and sizes!! Hi Brandi, I'm sorry that you feel that way. Is there anyway that I may give you a call to explain the reasoning behind our new policy. Once you knew the truth you would completely understand. Please let me know a good time to call if I may call. Or you may give me a call at your convenience. 865.617.8127 Hope you have a good weekend. Enjoy your time with family! | Highlander. You should have stopped them and made sure they had the proper permits to be on TWRA trails. But if they were on unmarked trails they were in violation of the B.S Resort rule #3 (Resort pass holders must ride on marked trails only. Anyone caught riding on un-marked trails will have riding privilege suspended and /or permanently revoked without refund) This just goes to show that B.S is not worth it when they are taking credit for someone else hard work. | |
