Yes, they do... The timber rights didn't get purchased along with the properties when North Cumberland Conservation Plan deal was finalized. Most, if no all, of the timber contracts were for ten years... and the deal went through about five years ago. The only good thing in this is that the mountains will recover in about 40 years... too late for me to enjoy. | |

We came by just as the Ambulance got on scene...we didn't want to be in the way so we moved on out of the way... That hill is bad news! You either make or you don't...if you don't the outcome is usually not good. I have never attempted it, and don't have any plans to! | |

| I have been up 89Y several times. It is no cake walk. Now that they have log that hill the erosion seems to be worse. Very tough hill. While your at it stay off 75Y too. I will not even do that one. | |

I have looked at both hills...and just keep right on moving! Yeah that is the smart thing for sure. Hell 75 is no longer a cake walk either. BTW I think the trail number is 87Y sorry about that. | |
