| Very Long transport From Cincinnati, Ohio to McDowell County, WV. It pained me to look up at those mountains and ponder all the great trails that I knew were there. I felt like a dog stareing through the butcher shop window. I did get my Wally's Steak dinner though. Thought about poppin in on the Camp Nazi at Gilbert while i was there too! But just got home safe in sound. | |

| Long trip there. Agreed, you should have stopped and left a present ( ) on the camp Nazi's concrete pads at one of the campsites. | |

| Just back from Gilbert last night. Was there 6 days riding. Were you in Wallys 2 or 3 nights ago? 2 Paramedics were eating and one had a steak thought it might have been you. | |

| Yea that was the two of us. We had a sick rider back at the cabin that wanted ice creme . Rode 2 &1/2 days in the dust and 2 days in the rain over 400 miles in all. This was my 6th trip to H&M and we try to ride at least 6 days each time. It's my favorite place just wish it wasn't a 10 hr drive from Memphis. | |

| That sucks getting sick on a trip like that hope they were feeling better. Ya it's usually a 6 1/2 hour trip for me. So we try to stay at least 4 days when we go down there. We were there in Aug of 10 at Rockhouse and again this spring on the club ride. We eventually want to ride all the sections. Indian Ridge and Pinnicle are nice too. I would recommend Ashland Resort for those trails. It's a clean place and has nice facilities. We were there in Aug. We loved wagon Wheel also. Ya when you saw us at Wally's we were headed home. with about 51/2 hours to go. I was wishing i could have just laid over. I hate being on those roads at night. But it made for a long 17 hour day. | |
