They have it all posted now and put an ad in the paper saying Fish&Game and state/local police have been told to ticket/fine/impound anyone caught on it.

I got a letter from them saying the same thing in more detail.

some places are smart enough to welcome the cash flow but others are slow learners who would prefer to set on their unemployed ass and complain that the government isnt doing enough to help them. dumb bastards anyway.....go ahead starve. Even when they get a good thing going greed takes over and it all turns to shit. everybody wants all or nothing, look at the Brimstone/Trails end fight, Hatfield McCoy vs Haul road riding. come on folks were smarter than this, work it out!

I have never rode down near Jenkins. Always looking for new places though. Our club has a spring ride at black mountain next year.

The previous owners of the land said it was ok for us to ride on their land, but it sold a few years ago and this is the first time they have said don't ride out there. I found out a semi-national hunting company just leased all 5,000-10,000 acres just for deer hunting. I cant fault them for not wanting people riding on it, but you can only hunt like 2 months out of the year. The leaves 10 months of the year that should/could be used for an atv park.
