| Subject: Doors Sun Nov 27, 2011 11:27 pm Im wanting to get some doors but im stuck between JL2 and pro armor. Id rather have the JL2s bc they are steel and you can take them off but ive heard they rattle. All my buddys have pro armor and i like them and they are strong but they dont come off. Any advice or experience with either of these doors?

| I have the JL sq. Very nice door for the money. You will find that all doors will have some kind of rattle.
The removable door is nice when cleaning or working on the machine.

| If you are worried about a few pounds...take less of a cooler or ride solo. 10 extra pounds on a sxs is irrelivant. | |

| 10-lbs is 10-lbs more that the machine has to pull around...10lbs here, 10lbs there. It all adds up and makes a difference....As ridepate says, keep it light-keep it fast! I personally don't like the suicide-doors, but it's whatever YOU like. I love the iTi doors...pricey, but some guys I ride with every weekend have them, and they are built much better then the Pro-Armor. | |

Smith you think you will ever agree with me on anything? Just like the guys who spend hundreds more for a ti exhaust on their race quads....we used to tell them this....if you are worried about a couple pounds...maybe it would just be easier to NOT have those two quarter pounders on the way to the race. Just like in a SXS. Dont take a huge cooler...dont take three days worth of food...dont take a fat guy with ya! And the ProArmor doors most likely dont weigh much more if any than the JL2's, since the tubing is larger on the pro armors, and heavier wall. Just because they are alum. doesnt mean they are that much lighter. And suicide is the only way to go on the Rzr. The ITI doors are nice, but the hindge area blocks half of your acess of getting in and out, plus the latch can be a pain. I do agree that they are the best looking doors made for the RZR however.

| Don't need to own one to know about them, when all my buddies have them, and we all help each other work on everyone's machines. | |

| Wildcat...... Everything I have on my Rhino, it has it stock. Power steering, shocks, big motor, seats. etc
I think Artic Cat would be 2nd in line (in terms of build quality) behind a Rhino. If I sell the Rhino, then I will go and get a Wildcat tomorrow( depending on availability) and keep it until a Yamaha sport SxS comes out, but until then. I am happy with my Rhino, it rides great with the Elka's, Its easy as pie to drive with the PS. The built motor and clutch set-up will not stop pulling,, will haul all my stuff for long overnight rides. I love my Rhino, it always will put a smile on my face every weekend ride with my friends. We don't care who rides what....we just get out and ride.
