| They showed up at last to start sawing out and digging/busting out the concrete fill for the footers. I had an existing 60' x 60' concrete pad. I was considering a bolt down, but got scared. Found to open bidders to only saw out and break out the concrete for poles in concrete footers. This one wil be 30 x 44. The one on the left rear of the pad is my firewood barn. I built it with reclaimed 1" oak from barn lofts. 2-01-12 | |

| I am in the beginning stages on mine too. just got gravel for the road up the hill going to it and the driveway for the garage today. For now I am just doing a enclosed carport on gravel, but hopefully next winter I can built a pole barn type garage behind the carport.
I used the snow plow on the rzr to spread the 30 ton on gravel today. :)

It's the banks money. I just give them my paycheck. I have waited and scratched my head for over 2 years of how to do it on that pad. Nobody, initially, wanted to break out the concrete and bust up the concrete and rock fill that was under it. I only took the last estimates if they would do that. Mike Clark and my brother knew this guy who is now doing it. I have to do something. The outbuilding I had my equipment in was just put on blocks. They keep sinking in the ground and the building is always leaning. It has moved downhill about 2 inches in the last month or so with all of the rain.

| I love mine. I put a small garage door in the rear so I could get some air flow during the summer months. | |
