| I was surfing Craigslist and found a 2006 Stellar Trailer toy hauler for a too good to be true price of $4350.00. So when i inquired about it the Seller sent me an email saying he was in the Air Force and was being deployed and needed to off load it. He even offered shipping through AF transport. Well after some more research on were the AFB was, i found another site warning of a scam. On that site it involve a Scamp camper and they posted an email that seller sent to a potential buyer. It was almost verbatem to the response i had received. Just thought i would share in case someone else stumbles across the same add on Craigslist and gets tempted. Just glad im a suspicous person and reserch and analyze things. | |

| they should change the name of that site to scamlist. I have seen numerous scams and when checking nearby cities for the same item i have read the same ad with a different selling site. I really would have liked to have got a location of the one claiming he was military leaving for afghanistan and was needing the money... funny how the item is always located thousands of miles away from your location and needs to be shipped. I was really bored with one and said i had a cousin that is a long haul trucker and was going to be in that area and he could stop and load it if he gave me a location of the item............... He was suddenly being called out of town but was willing to still ship persistent little dudes. | |

| Let me guess, in the AF just got transferred to Alaska and now needs to offload the hauler. Once you pay for it and half the shipping cost it would be yours. oh its a beautiful black 20' er.

| Ya in the AF and it was located approx 50mi from Kingsley AGS in a military storage lot. It was a 29 ft Eclipse Stellar toy hauler with new generator and looked real nice, too nice for the price. I reported it to craigslist and sent them the information on the add as well as what i had discovered. just thought i would share with as many folks as i could who might be looking for this kind of thing. Some deals are not always deals | |

| lol the one I was referring to was one that I had contact with a person about a year ago when I was looking for an enclosed trailer. as soon as they told me that I would have to pay for it and wait for the delivery to inspect it I contacted craiglist because I knew it was a scam
The best thing I found was getting one made in south GA. They made one for less than anything I could find on any lot and a whole hell of a lot better. | |

| I had a new, in the box, sleep number short queen on there. One scammer said he was at a conference in Reno and was not allowed to make calls. His E-Mail showed it from Nigeria (? spelling). I called him a scammer, come and get it for cash to you. I do sell to Pay Pal for others. | |
