| looking at upgrading the skid plate and was wondering what some of you would recomend. I was looking at the Tusk 3/8 one or trail armor. any suggestions or should I just keep with the stock one? | |

| I wouldn't keep the stocker.. I had the same idea.. Keep it till it breaks.. Then I had a large stick go through the nice slot right under my gas tank.. Here the dent it put in it.. I've got the 3/8" Tusk on mine now and have had it for about a year.. It works well and is about the cheapest I've found.. | |

| I have the tusk on my S. It fit well only push and pull a little bit.I also have the FUTV one on my 4 & my sons 170 and they fit like a glove. UTVinc also makes one now that fits well. | |

| I have the EMP aluminum along with the A-Arm Guards. You can see mine have taken a beating-Nothing has made it through them yet!!!!! | |

| I've got a 3/8" UHMW homemade plate and love it. I'd definately go with the plastic over the aluminum all day long. | |

| im still running the stock one on my 2012 S. they made them stronger for 2012.its holding up good so far. just wish it had better side protection. ran strongmade skids on the 09 and 10 i had. still got it but its bent up but its took a beating. | |
