Now that man's world is mostly finished it's time to start on the RZR. I will try to take a few pics and document the build as it goes.

Here it is stripped down - I normally keep our SXS spotless and this is almost embrassing the amount of mud hidden under the panels. Tonight a good pressure washing and then I'll start building the cage.

Sweet garage! Hows that floor coating holding up or has it been on there long? I've been thinking about doing mine. What brand did you get?

Thanks.

It's about a month old and so far it's holding up very good but time while tell. It's Quickcrete brand 2-part epoxy with clear top coat. The key is to clean the floor and acid etch it VERY VERY good. I cleaned/etched on a Saturday, painted it on Sunday, waited four days and then added the clear top coat. The directions say wait 72 hours (depending on conditions) before using the floor. I waited seven days before moving anything onto the floor to make sure the epoxy was hard all the way through. The clear top coat helps to protect it and adds a non-slip texture. The garage is ~25x30 and roughly costs me $500 in materials.

Ditto on the cleaning part. Its the worst part and took me forever, but if you get it good and clean the epoxy will stick good. Have had mine for about 4 months still looks good!

Been busy and made some progress. The XP shocks are mounted up and the rear shock tower re-enforcement brackets are made. The cage is mostly done and tack welded in place. Still have a few small support bar to add and fab up the rock sliders. I think the exoskeleton will have to wait until after the spring ride. I wanted to powder coat the cage and suspension but doubt I can get it done before the spring ride. Hope to finish up the cage / rock sliders this weekend. Here are a few pics I snapped this morning.

Did not get as much done as I wanted to this weekend but made some progress. Spare tire mount done, rear cross bars, started fabbing up the rock sliders, and checked the doors for fitment. The rock sliders took some time to come up with a good workable plan that will protect everything and still be removable. Should have at least one side done tonight.

Thanks guys. Got the passenger side rock slider fabbed up last night. I'll try to take a couple pics tonight.

The wheels are 12x7 DFR Beadlocks & the tires are 27x12 Swamp Lites.

Thanks Mason...I was working on the cage the other night and starting laughing about the trip to Callalantee where I almost turned it over. I can hear you in the video "get the winch out before he turns the damn thing over"
