| do you already have an MP3? i'd think it would be easier to go with an MP3 if you already had a lot of songs... i know ATV_Rick has an MP3 player and his works fine(i could hear it while riding 2 or 3 rhino's in front of him) when it's charged. i'd like to get some speakers and hook it up to an mp3 myself... |

| hey man I have a stereo/speaker set up, all waterproofed, I have the marine enclosure and marine stereo, along with the marine speakers. I put the stereo were the warning sticker is on the dash. and ran the wire throught the cage so it's a nice and clean install. Let me see if I can get some pics when I get home for you. Jason | |

| I have the speaker bar from Hunter works with the dome light. I have a Sony am/fm radio.cd player. It has a marine enclosure that we fleck painted black because it was gawdy and white. I mostly use my ipod. A word to the wise. I had the enclosure mounts break on the last ride. The plastic just could not hold up to the ruff terrain and all the bouncing. So my husband is building new mounts out of thick diamond plate. I personally could never have my radio dash mounted because we ride at lot of deep water. If I can find some pics I will post them if you are interested. | |

| The best way is to use a mp3 player. I have the RUV Extreme Audiopipe from Highlifter. I will post the link below. This system has Bazooka speakers and has a 200w Ampliflier built into it. You plug your IPOD or mp3 player in and it goes straight to the amp. This means you will not need any cd head unit. The audiopipe is completly waterproof. You can wash the speakers an all while washing the SxS. There are 3 places you will have to Silicone while putting it together. http://www.highlifter.com/product.php?pk=8629&pname=It is $349.95 but this system is the best way to go or an ATV or SxS. and Yes make sure your mp3 player is charged up LOL.... Wheels at the next ride it will be charged, while will be Wilborns next weekend! |

Do a search for motorcycle speakers. I bought a set similar to the ones here at motorcyclespeakers.net. Mine are different brand and have a tuner built into the amplifier. I will try to get some pictures of how I have mine setup. Sounds decent enough. I use my IPod and an otterbox mounted on the dash. But I can listen to the radio also. Mine are not the dwg brand but I can't think of the name right off hand. | |
