I bet they don't even announce a winner. They do not want to loose any money. Also, what are they looking for? Performance or utility. They said performance SxS...... I wish I could predict a winner. Unforchantly I can not, because I have not drove all three. One of the three is in my garage and the Can Am is off the check list. However, that little Cat I can't seem to find..... I saw one this past weekend at brimstone and that is the closest I have been to one. I hear good things about the Cat and that is coming from RZR owners. The only complaint is lack of power. Now that is comparing it with the XP. I would think if you jump out of a regular RZR and into the Cat it would have all kinds of power. As far as the XP and Commander you know which one I chose.

I've driven all three and the Commader in this test isn't even the X, it's the XT so it's a good machine, it just can't compete with the suspension on the 900 or Cat. It's all going to boil down to whatever Dirt Wheels prefer's. overall power or suspension/handling. The Wildcat does not have a lack of power at all, just less than the 900 78 hp is MORE than enough for 99% of anywhere you ride especially here in the East Coast hills, you've even comented as have others about the 900 having too much power at times. the 900 has more motor than the suspension and chassis can handle, the Cat chassis and suspension can easily handle way more power with ease, so I would be willing to bet we see a hp increase maybe as early as next model year. HP aside I could drive the Cat faster and harder than the 900 simply because of the suspension and chassis, it was just easier to drive more agressive.......more power doesnt always mean "faster".....I'm interested to see how this test turns out.

| The suspension on the Cat is better as far as handling and ride. The XP has more power. Biggest issue with both is they were designed with sand in mind. I'm really curious to see how the wild cat holds up to trail riding.. I really wasn't to crazy about the looks of it before seeing one in person.. I have to admit its a pretty sharp looking machine. Its very different looking.
As far as to much power.. I say no way.. Maybe to much from some drivers. The little 800 RZRs have to much power for most trails thats why you let off the pedal here and there. Only difference is with the stronger machines you use less throttle more often. At least its there when you want it.. I drive a sport bike that runs 0-60 in 3.8 seconds.. It will double the speed limit of any road. Doesn't mean It won't run 25mph through a school zone when I need to...

| The commander has the best powerplant and comfort, the wildcat has the best suspension, and the XP is the best overall, they all have their strong points I dont know how they are going to judge the "best one" each one excels in certain situations and all have their weak points.

| Doesn't seem fair to compare 4wd SxS to 3wd. I think they have it out for you Matt,

Best performance SxS is what they are rating. you feel the XP is best overall then they may very well pick it the winner.
