| Delima - Gear One rack vs Rackzilla
Gear One - $595 without tie-rods (don't need them anyway) Very heavy duty & allows heims on both ends of tie-rods.
Rackzilla - $400
Would have to use a bracket bolted onto the end of each side the rack to allow heim joints. I am not fond of this style connection to the rack. I have problems now keeping the bolts tight and the bracket flexs.
In writing this I have probably just answered my own question. Thoughts / suggestions?

| That is a lot of leverage. I know I would not want the bolt on bracket. | |

| Just ordered a Gear One rack yesterday. I didn't know they didn't come with tie rods. Shit, more parts to order...

| Joe, your setup is pretty custom, my buggy is stock S width. When my rack tore up I replaced it with a Rackzilla. I'm very happy with the unit, it has some pretty beefy tie rods compared to the stock ones, and I don't have to worry about heim joints. Got it from Hunterworks. | |
