Thinking about selling the farm Empty
PostSubject: Thinking about selling the farm   Thinking about selling the farm EmptyThu Jun 28, 2012 5:37 pm

paper says i have 102 acres. adjacent to Brimstone, University of Tennessee, windrock. North cumberland wildlife management area,,,, Big south Fork, Catoosa are all nearby,,, Abundant Wildlife, Turkey, Deer, Bear, Boars,...etc

Property has two small ponds, 2 small fields, 90% hardwoods, 1 small cabin, 1 Travel Trailer both set up in camping area, 24x 48 shed, 245 Massey Ferguson with disc , plow, sprayer, boom pole, and a not so hot post hole digger.....

with a few permits you have access to over 70 k + acres without setting a tire on asphalt.

thinking a fair price would be under 250K $ Pm to arrange a showing.. havent contacted realtor yet, thought atv friends would like one heck of a nice base to ride the cumberlands....

like i say just pondering to see if their would be interest.

$2500 an acre? Is that what land up there normally goes for? That's a steal if so. Around here you are lucky to find any for less than $10k an acre, and I'm in a rural area.

Do you have any interest in subdividing? Pictures?
