| Need some advise. I've greased every possible joint on my XP and the thing still squeaks. I think it coming from the fox shocks. Any one tell me where else I need to grease. The squeaks are driving me crazy.
Thanks

| If they still squeak after greasing them.....over tightening will make them squeak too. Over tightening any suspension parts with bushings, as well. | |

| I use a silicone type of spray after cleaning. Sometimes doesn't work, and sometimes it does. | |

| Well as usual you guys were right on the money. It was the shocks. I greases them and ordered new bushings. Then ran trail 22 at Windrock Saturday. No squeaks so far. Thanks for all the help. I appreciate it.

| CMay, any advice on pulling the front shocks on the XP to grease the bushings? The drivers side looks pretty easy.. passenger side looks tougher..
did you replace the bolts per the manual or just put them back on?
I have to do the same thing.. have been putting it off.. your advice will help me get it done!

| Actually there is two ways to remove it. 1) Hold the hoses back out of the way with a piece of string. Which I don't recommend because it does not give you enought space if you have big hands or
2). Come in from the top. I removed the hood and then the 5 screws holding the black plastic cover on underneath. This gives you plenty of room to access the shock bolt from the top. Both sides to. It's an extra step but for me it was easier.
As for the bolts. I had no rust or damage done to them so I reused them. I can't recommend replacement unless you see a problem.
If you need more details I can take pics for you.
