2009 Polaris Ranger RZR 800
This is the stealth black version. I have installed the Racer Tech plus 6 long travel suspension system on this machine. The Racer Tech suspension is guaranteed for life against bending or breaking. This kit replaces all of the ball Joints and Tie rod ends with Hiem joints, which are much stronger and last much, much longer. This machine has Elka stage 4 shocks front and rear. This suspension combined with these shocks gives 13” of wheel travel. I have this machine set up for trail riding/ rock crawling and it performs flawlessly. This machine has nearly 5000 Miles of trails behind it, and many more to go. The motor is in perfect working order and has never given me a minute’s trouble. It has zero leaks, and has never used a drop of oil. Unit has a Muzzy Full dual exhaust system with a power commander V fuel management system installed. I rebuilt the front Differential less than 100 miles ago with billet AL front Sprague, and all new bearings and seals. This unit comes with a reinforced EMP front winch mountable bumper; the winch does not go with the unit. It also has a Polaris pre-runner rear bumper. It has HID head lights which are much brighter than the stock lights. This unit has a complete Trail Armor ½” UHMW under belly skid plate system along with Trail Armor’s awesome rock sliders. I have installed RZR-S fender flares front and rear, and added hand built extensions to add in the mud protection. This unit has Pro Armor AL doors with Slam latches. This unit has an EMP Cooter Brown roof with a home built stereo mounted in the roof. Unit comes with Polaris roof bag and between the seats bag mounted to the passenger door. Unit has brand new steering box with less than 100 miles on it, with new Grant GT steering wheel. This RZR has all new brakes, bearings and u-joints with less than 100 miles of use. Comes with Polaris lock and ride rear storage box and lock and ride rack. It has a new Polaris flip up windshield, and an EMP rear windshield. It has Dragon fire Racing 4 point safety harness’s for added safety. It has 26” Maxxis Bighorn tires with 80% tread left on them; the stock Polaris AL wheels have some rock rash. The plastics do show scratches, but are solid with zero breaks or cracks. This is a trail machine and not a yard queen!
