| yes jimbo, have an offer in on one in the mexico beach area and have an eye on a few more in that area if the first one doesnt go. having a major sale off of items. boat, lake trailer, pontoon, motorcycle.... some other items that are pretty handy to have around  | |

| Mex-Bch is nice. I've spent some time there. At one time you could get on the beach with an ORV. That was 20 years ago tho. Selling stuff off to fulfill a dream is no big deal brother. They still make all of them!! | |

| I seen this on Craigslist yesterday in Knoxville. I would love to have it. But would have to sell my house down here in Georiga. Im looking for some land in that area and to own that would be like winning the lottery. | |
