| I bought one in 1990 and it was a bit heavy for the available power. However, we just bought a 2004 to replace my wifes Highlander that I blew up. I don't know how they do offroad but they are pretty good daily drivers. | |

| Not looking for anything serious. I just thinking a 4th generation for a daily driver and maybe eventually a slight lift. I'm either going to go with a 4Runner or Cherokee. | |

| Pate, I had an 04 Grand. We had electrical issues out the arse. We had a 94 Cherokee that was bulletproof. | |

We had an 04 Grand that was trouble-free (4.0). But anyways, i'd prefer SFA over IFS anyday on a full-size rig. | |

| Some 4th gen runners, limiteds I think, had a rear locker with.a switch on the dash from the factory. It will only lock in 4 low but some simple wireing it can be made to lock anytime. | |
