I understand that during situations like this that there are things that can be discussed in public and things that cannot. I just ask that any information that you can provide about how you are addressing and moving forward with the current issue about Brimstone access, be communicated back to us.

Also, I know that any possible legal action would be costly. Please consider a "I support Trails End Campground" T-shirt sale to help defray cost if needed. I would love to have one. And probably several hundred others.

We are all hoping for a resolution that benefits us all.

We have proceeded with legal counsel. We have contacted TWRA and have gained permission to sign, clear and map the New River Unit and have proceeded to get trails system cleaned up and marked. We are hoping that a resolution with Brimstone can be found soon. We will keep you all updated with any change or progress that is or is not made. Thank you all so much for your support!!

Thanks for the update. Some of us have sent in complaints to the Federal Trade Commision for unfair business practices for them showing prejudice against where we stay.
