Anybody heard of a new one opening near mont eagle off 24 ? Heard it was between jasper and the mtn .info please ?

Adventure offroad park in southpittsburg tn .owned by toms 4x4 store in chattanooga . 500 acres 400.00 yr gets u 24/7 access.key to 4 gates 2 weekends a month is 25.00 day , 5 per passenger
Its a little pricy to me but havent been yet . They are still working on trails and details .supposed to open march 22
