Need real world opinions on some tires and wheels

Brown boy did you get a rock inside the rim? Or did you just run into a rock again? Don't think I can fix that with a hammer lol

From your pics I see you have the Blackwater Evolution tires, how do you like them? What size are they? 12" or 14"? 26" or 27"?

I'm really thinking about going with STI Black Diamond XTR 27x11 on all fours.. 119 a tire... I like the black waters but holy crap they are 177 a tire.. Thats over 700 bucks for ATV tires. I just can't see paying that. Even more so when I just trashed a bighorn with less then 200 miles on the tire..

I like it so far? My rim is 12 inch and my black water is 27 ? The itp dual beadlock is only for 14 rim? Is the 12 inch rim is dual too?

Nope, 12" is single with "Rock Armor" for the inside lip. Whatever that is.

I think I am getting my rears for $160 and the fronts for $143. I am hoping by going with 8 ply, I will only have to buy them once.

I don't think I have ever heard of a dual beadlock 12" rim

I think Hiper rims have a lifetime warranty?

Put 2 psi in your tire and take her for a ride. When you are in the middle of no where, break the bead and roll the front tire off the rim. The next half hour it takes you to get the tire back on the rim and aired up will convince her!!

Ordered me another set of the STI beadlocks today. Gona mount the factory bighorns on them.

I like bighorns pretty good myself. They are a good all around tire. No they don't have bullet proof sidewalls, But they also don't weigh a ton. They don't clean great in mud but they ride smooth on and do well in rocks.
I think if they could come out with a HD trail version they would be awesome.. Same lug patern just spread out more maybe a little taller and thicker sidewalls. They would weigh more though ride rougher and probably cost more though.. Prices have already went nuts as is.. Last bighorns I bought I paid less then 400 for the set shipped for 26' Same exact set of tires now goes for 546 a year later.. Crazy
