Bluegrass On The Mountain - May 18th Empty
PostSubject: Bluegrass On The Mountain - May 18th   Bluegrass On The Mountain - May 18th EmptyMon Apr 08, 2013 9:18 pm

Hey yall, wanted to let everyone know that event passes our now available for the Bluegrass On The Mountain Festival on May 18th here at Wilderness Trail Off-Road Park in Pineville, KY at www.wildernesstrailoffroadpark.net

One thing we've always prided ourselves on here in the tri-state region of KY, TN, and VA is being the heart of bluegrass music country. Theres such a great array of local talent, and its been a staple of our Appalachian culture since the first families settled here centuries ago.

Ricky Skaggs is headlining the event and will be accompanied by great local bluegrass talent from Common Strings, Crosspoint, Tazewell Pike, Crossroads Gospel Bluegrass Band (featuring founding members of the Holler Crawlers), and the children of the Cumberland River Music Academy. Music starts at 1 PM and Ricky Skaggs will come on about 6 PM.

Brian Fisher will be on hand to film, check out some of the trail development we are doing, and hang out with fans. There will be a kids fishing tournament at 12 noon at the Sam Low Pond thats free for kids 12 and under with prizes for most fish and longest fish to be given by Imperial Bait and Tackle of Middlesboro, KY. Riding and camping are both free, so feel free to bring the RV, camper, tent and spend the weekend if you wish. Just remember since the park is primitive you will need to be self contained.

If anyone has any questions feel free to call or email me. Hope to see some of the SSXS Crew there! Bluegrass On The Mountain - May 18th BOTM-Flierwww.wildernesstrailoffroadpark.net
