| I know there are still a few of you lurking around here who put an 840 on their rex. Where are you guys getting your top ends and cams at? I know of a few places but not sure which one to go with yet. No its no the T4 (they make a 999 kit for it) We uhhhhh have one torn down in our shop right now Thanks in advance! | |

| You have the obvious which is muzzy then you all so have the following
Four Stroke Tech in PA I bought my standard bore kit from
Big Kev Performance in NC I think pitdog has his kit
Truro Recreation Products in Canada does not do 840 he does a steel sleeved 880
All are good kits I would call some of them and talk to one of those three. | |

| I didn't think any one made 840 kits any more. Since most of the new std. bore kits make more hp than the 840's now. | |

| Bd that is not true. Not a lot of hp diff but 840 makes more HP & way more torque. SB is great until you feel the torque of a 840. Muddy Big kev has top kit pointed HW in that direction. Kev is straight up Man of his word. My new motor is 19 MPH faster in the same distance that My fst-amr motor was. Kev's motor runs cooler with less cab heat. Mine is also steel sleeved. Tell kev I told you to call he will take good care of you 919-207-0010 | |

| Hey pit how much was the whole kit, I tore mine apart today and I am getting fuel and I am getting air, so which brings the compression part... I am almost certain it warped my head so I am just gonna go ahead and order all the parts for it. If you could just let me know what I need, that would be awesome thanks! | |

| Mat I took mine down and let kev do it all. Deff need to get your heads decked. Kev has fair prices on + 1 1/2 intake & + one ext valves. Have put 300 miles on it so far. Runs cooler less cab heat than stock. Send your heads and jugs down. Get every thing straight. | |

| Hey guys tore into it tonight and everything is looking good so far, I am hoping it was just a head gasket and some piston rings, pistons look fine and the heads don't look warped but I am checking it tmw! | |
