| Odyssey. Optima is good one too. If you have an RZR, check your negative ground location. If it is on the lower frame, a good battery will not help. It rusts at that location and will not charge any battery. Remount the ground on the seat bar. | |

| I use an odyssey PC 545. Smaller than the stock battery, height that is, and more cranking amps. I cut a piece of deck board to put under it in the battery tray and fits perfect. I run my stereo, led light bar, mobile radio, led accent lights, all at night no issues so far.
Some like using the PC 925 but from what Ive heard you need to reinforce the battery tray, it weighs 24 pounds.
I got my battery from batterymart.com, was 112.95 shipped to the door, got it in 2 days. I also found, after ordering mine of course, a placed called TNRbatteries.com, they have it for 100 and claims to give you a free spacer for the rzr. | |

| Most are running either a Odyssey 925 or the smallest Optima Yellow top.. There is also a cheaper one with less warranty that people have had good luck with.. I can't remember the name though. I think Highlander has one. | |

| I use the factory battery. My stock battery lasted 3 1/2 years. that was good enough for me. My battery just went out in my 09 S So i replaced it with the exact same Battery.... | |

| Just a FYI, My stock XP battery is already junk after 400 miles.. Been noticing it seemed weak.. Checked the voltage and it was around 11.5.. Trickled charged it back up to 13.2 Removed the charger and the voltage starts creeping down to below 12v. Any load at all and it drops down to very low 11s. While my two year old Odyssey holds steady at 12.8... I'd get a better battery then stock... | |
