Spearhead Trails - Fishers Visit and Get together

Just wanted to invite all my Southern SXS family out this weekend. Here's the press release on it. Brian Fisher will be filming the trails on Saturday and we're gonna have vendors, etc at the trailhead. Saturday nights Bon Fire is gonna be a pretty good deal with the musicians coming in. (And they're awesome) Don't have to bring your sxs with ya, everything is accessible from vehicle. But swing by and check us out.




Here are the details for the Fisher's ATV tour stop in St. Paul at the Mountain View trailhead on Saturday, October 12th.

Show hosts, Brian and Melissa Fisher, will do a “meet and greet” from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the Mountain View trail system trailhead located adjacent to Maggie Way Campground in St. Paul. The show, currently airing on the Outdoor Channel, will move to Velocity after the first of the year. The Spearhead Trails episode will air during the summer of 2014.

Local vendors, tourism offices, businesses and others will be on hand to help celebrate Fisher’s visit. The Wise County Christian School will be selling biscuits and gravy for breakfast and a BBQ or hot dog plate for lunch. Progressive Insurance will be on hand providing information on ATV and recreational insurance. Other vendors include Army National Guard, Lunatec LED Lighting, Clinch River ATV Rentals, Mud Slingin’ ATV Rentals & Trail side assistance, O’Quinn Trailers featuring its new line of toy-haulers, Dickenson County Chamber and Tourism, Spearhead Trailblazers, and Mountain Motorsports.

The evening activities, beginning at 7:00 p.m., at the trailhead campground, will feature a local music jam lead by Charlie Engle and Meagan Clay, bonfire and free marshmallow roasting and smores stations, sponsored by Food City. There may even be some surprise musical guests so come on down and enjoy the evening and camaraderie.

I hear you. However, I think the Southern SxS Riders might invade this place next year. I hope they can handle us......

Hey, just want to thank Chris, Andrea, and chuck for a great weekend! They have done an amazing job on the whole project and the event was a huge success. Everyone go check it out, you won't be disappointed! Thanks for all the hard word, we appreciate ya!!!

Chris, I want to come see you soon. Football season is just too difficult. I work almost every weekend in the fall.
