| I have a friend that has a BF. When he trys to start it the motor backfires and the carb pops of the boot. He cleaned the carbs a few times still the same. Any ideas ? | |

| May need to have to valves adjusted. Mine got hard to start didnt want to run and that was the cause. I thought it was the carbs but it was the valves. | |

Most likely the valves too tight.A common problem on the Kawasaki's. | |

| Thats what I was thinking also. Thats how my other friends Teryx was but the carbs were not popping off. | |

| The early Brutes (05 & 06) had a problem with carb boots. They would get small cracks and leak. | |

| If the electronic ignition box goes bad it can do that i and my son had 750 bfs back in 07 | |
