| My dad did it for 35 years in Louisville,Retired captain ,have some nice pictures of some of his company at work.Best picture was a 3 alarm in 78 with 2 trucks frozen to the ground,even with all the heat from the fire.That,s the year the Ohio river froze over if any one from the Louisville area is old enough to remember | |

| I have always admired those of you willing to do this job. Our local FD members are all treated as kinfolk. This is my Dad on the far left, sometime in the early 60's.
