| http://www.wcyb.com/news/man-charged-after-threatening-a-police-officer/24998974got the piece of  in a traffic stop the other morning. recorded talking to him and compared his voice to the 911 calls. he was using a 911 only trac phone so it was harder to track. a detective went and talked to him that morning and he confessed. the St Paul officer had wrote him a ticket a few months ago after he flipped him the middle finger and done an illegal lane change  . he did it to me a few weeks before that but i could not find PC to stop him.  | |
